Which Crossfire HD configuration should I choose?
The 2-7x32 suits brush and timber hunting and rimfire rifles (choose the V-Plex Rimfire version for .22 LR). The 3-9x40 is the all-around deer rifle choice. The 4-12x44 and 6-18x50 add magnification and adjustable parallax for open country and longer shots.
What is the difference between Dead-Hold BDC and V-Plex or WideRange Plex?
Dead-Hold BDC adds holdover and windage hashmarks for estimating shots at longer range. V-Plex and WideRange Plex are simple duplex-style crosshairs for a clean, uncluttered view. The illuminated Dead-Hold 2A BDC lights the center for low-light shooting.
What rings do I need?
The 2-7x32, 3-9x40 and 4-12x44 use 1 inch rings. The 6-18x50 has a 30mm tube and needs 30mm rings. Choose a ring height that gives the objective bell clearance over your barrel.
