Shipping Information
Carriers We Use:
We currently utilize shipping with USPS and FedEx. At checkout, you will have the ability to select which carrier you choose. Some items will require a particular carrier to complete shipping.
Shipping Methods:
The customer will have the ability to choose which shipping method they would like to use. We currently offer ground shipping from USPS and 2Day Shipping via FedEx. It is important to note that some items will require a specific shipping method to be selected.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays. 2day shipping orders will receive a higher priority in being filled within 24 BUSINESS hours.
Delivery Timeline:
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email letting you know your order is on the way. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations via our website. P.O. Boxes can only be shipped to by using USPS Ground Shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may very based on package size, weight, and destination.
Some products may require additional shipping charges due to packaging or legal delivery requirements.
Delivery time frames may vary for remote or rural areas.
Return Policy
Our 30-Day Return Promise:
Not the right fit? You may return most unused items purchased online within 30 days of delivery. For in-store purchases or returns, our team will assist you on a case-by-case basis.
How to Start a Return:
There’s no need to call for authorization. Simply visit our contact us page by clicking here and submit a return request.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If we made an error (incorrect item, damaged on arrival) we cover the return shipping.
- If you’re returning for personal reasons, you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
Condition of Returned Items
Products must be:
- Unworn/unused
- In original packaging with tags, manuals, and accessories included.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask! We’re here to help - not to hassle you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety and quality assurance, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift Cards
- Custom orders or special requests
- Items specifically marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Refund Timeline:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 24 business hours. (Monday-Friday)
How Refunds Are Issued:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested. Store credit is also available upon request, for special cases. Please note that return label cost is deducted out of the refund.

We’re happy to help with exchanges! If the item you need is in stock, we’ll make it happen.
Restocking Fees?
Nope. We don’t charge restocking fees. You’ll only pay return shipping if the return wasn’t due to our error.
