Shipping Information
Who We Ship With:
We primarily ship all orders with FedEx.
Shipping Options:
Our standard shipping is FedEx 2-Day. Some items may ship differently depending on legal requirements, but we’ll always make sure your order gets to you safely and as quickly as possible.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed and ready for FedEx within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday).
How Fast Will You Ship My Order?
Once your order is packed up, FedEx picks up from our stores once a day. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!
Free Shipping Perk:
Spend $99 or more, and standard shipping’s on us — no code needed, it’s automatic. Products containing hazardous material will still require a $24.99 handling fee.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO:
At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders:
While we don’t offer international shipping online, give us a call! If the shipment is legal in both countries, we’ll do our best to help arrange it for you.
Important Shipping Rules:
Some items — like firearms and ammunition — have special rules. We follow all local, state, and federal regulations when shipping regulated products.
Additional Shipping Disclaimers:
- NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice
- Some items require additional shipping charges due to size, weight, and quantity ordered.
- Hazardous products can not be expedited or shipped internationally. All Hazardous goods will require a $24.00 shipping/handling fee and will be shipped via Fedex Ground. The fee will be reflected in the shipping field at time of checkout.
Return Policy
Our 30-Day Return Promise:
Changed your mind? No worries. You can return eligible online purchases within 30 days.
For in-store returns, our managers will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If we made a mistake (wrong item, faulty product), we’ll cover the return shipping.

If it’s just not what you wanted, you’ll cover return shipping — but we’ll still make it as easy as possible.
What Condition Should My Return Be In?
Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
How Will I Get My Refund?
Refunds are typically sent back to your original payment method. In some cases, we can also offer store credit if you prefer.
Want to Exchange Instead?
Absolutely! If we have the item you want in stock, we’re happy to swap it out for you.
Restocking Fees:
We don’t charge restocking fees. The only cost you might be responsible for is the return shipping if it wasn’t our mistake.
