Craig Harrison is the CEO of Caza Outdoors, where he leads the company’s vision and growth in the outdoor and hunting industry. With a strong focus on innovation, customer experience, and community, he has helped position the brand as a trusted name among outdoor enthusiasts. His leadership emphasizes quality products, strategic partnerships, and a deep respect for the outdoor lifestyle. Harrison is passionate about advancing the industry while supporting the people and traditions behind it.
Chuck Anderson
Director of Merchandising
From North Dakota, I have lived in 6 states serving the outdoor industry and am currently the Director of Merchandising at Los Cazadores with 26+ years in outdoor retail. Formerly the Ammunition Merchant at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s, product-driven, customer-first purchasing and a true end user of the gear he helps bring to market. Over the years, he has contributed to the growth of multiple initiatives that connect people to the outdoors through responsible and well-managed experiences. His background combines field expertise with organizational leadership, helping teams and programs operate with both integrity and impact.
Rusty Smith
Director of Programs
Rusty Smith serves as the Director of Programs at Los Cazadores, where he leads the design and growth of the organization’s hunting, conservation, and community outreach programs. With a background rooted in the outdoor industry and years of hands-on experience in the field, he has played a key role in expanding structured hunting initiatives and member-driven events. Over time, Rusty has helped forge partnerships within the hunting and wildlife communities. His long-standing commitment to the outdoors and hunter engagement continues to drive the impact and reach of Los Cazadores’ programs.
Cara Kelly
Director of Marketing
Cara Kelly is the Director of Marketing for Los Cazadores, bringing more than 20 years of sales & marketing experience across the outdoor hunting space. A proven leader both professionally and competitively, Cara is a highly accomplished professional archer, having been crowned Shooter of the Year in the Women’s Professional class more than 20 times throughout her career. Based in Michigan, Cara is married with two boys, and together their lives revolve around the outdoor lifestyle - spending time hunting, fishing, & upland game hunting whenever possible. Her deep industry knowledge, competitive mindset, & passion for the outdoors drive her approach to building meaningful, performance-driven brands.
Randy Longnecker
Regional Manager
Originally from Kansas, Randy has spent the last 18 years in the Mountain West, mostly in Idaho, before moving to Texas. Randy was with Cabela's for 25 years before joining up with Los Cazadores in April 2025. Randy loves to hunt, fish and spend time with my wife Susan, who he has been married to for 15 years. Throughout his career, he has overseen regional operations, partnerships, and program execution designed to strengthen local engagement and participation. Known for his practical knowledge and relationship-driven approach, Longnecker plays a key role in supporting Los Cazadores' growth and expansion.
MEET OUR STORE MANAGERS
Jorge Alvarez
Pearsall, TX
Jorge grew up in South Texas. He currently serves as the store manager for Pearsall and also does firearms complaince for the company. Before joining Los Cazadores, Jorge served as a manager for two of the largest outdoor retailers in the world, Bass Pros and Academy. Most of his spare time is spent in the outdoors with his wife, Reneal, and my son, Justin.
James Neutze
Stonewall, TX
From Fredericksburg, he has lived there his whole life. James grew up in the outdoors hunting and fishing, he is the previous owner of Bowpros Archery, and merged with Los Cazadores in 2019 where he became partner and manager. James has a real passion for archery and especially loves hunting and fishing with his boys.
Chris Davis
Buchanan Dam, TX
Chris grew up on a farm in the Texas panhandle, and is a graduate of Texas Tech University. Prior to joining Los Cazadores in October of 2023, he worked for Cabelas in Lubbock, TX. Chris loves hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife, two children and two grandchildren.
Whit Terry
Granbury, TX
Born and raised in North Texas, Whit is a retired U.S. Army veteran with over 25 years of experience in and around the hunting and fishing industry. A lifelong outdoorsman, he has a deep passion for bow hunting, fishing, and spending time in the great outdoors. Above all, he’s a devoted husband to his beautiful wife and a proud father of three amazing children.
