The Art and Tradition of Custom Boots continue to carry on this Frontier Spirit well into the Future. Lloyd and Mary Easterling established L.M. Easterling Custom Boot Company and Factory in El Paso, Texas in 1992. In 1997, they expanded their retail operation to Fredericksburg, Texas while their boots continue to be made in their El Paso Factory. Prior to 1992, Lloyd worked for Acme Boot Company for twenty six years and was responsible for all Texas Operations including running Lucchese Boot Company for four years. Mary’s background is in banking and marketing. Her experience in these fields has been an integral part of the company’s 30 years of business.
Along with Lloyd, three (3) Master Boot-makers and an Apprentice work to give their customers that great custom fit with their master boot making skills. As the boot maker selects his leathers and expertly molds his carefully cut patterns to a well-fitted last, he plays close attention to every construction detail. This meticulous attention to detail gives you that “first step comfort” and absolute product quality.
We invite you to visit our Company Showroom in Stonewall, Texas and our Boot Factory in El Paso, Texas. In our Showroom you can see over one hundred pair of our boots illustrating a vast selection of designs, leather types – exotics, such as Alligator, Ostrich, Stingray, Cobra, Lizard, Shark, Kangaroo, Rattlesnake, etc., a rainbow of colors and many, many sizes and widths. These boots are available for sale to you in addition to our handmade leather belts, fine western buckle ware, jewelry, and much, much more. In El Paso you can see real boot-making in process and visit with our master bootmakers.
At either location, we will be very pleased to measure your feet and assist you in selecting the leather-type and color for your custom fitted and designed boots. If you are unable to personally visit with us, we will send you a “Fit Kit” which includes an Order/Measurement Chart. We will be happy to assist by phone – toll free (888) 811-8980 – with the measurement, leather preference, and any other requirements or questions you might have.
