Los Cazadores Meat Processing

Los Cazadores is excited to introduce their new Meat Processing Department. We are under new management as of spring 2020, and can’t wait to know you. Our custom processing facility boasts great prices, product, and customer service. Each animal is individually processed, ensuring the deer you bring in, is the deer you take home. We use old fashioned recipes with new age processes. Allow us to help finish your hunt with a stocked freezer.

We have drop off and pick up locations at both the Pearsall and Stonewall stores to accommodate your needs. Both locations have a drop off cooler and pick up freezer.

PROCESSING PRICING

Our pricing is listed below. We are a custom processing facility - for custom requests, please do not hesitate to email us or give your nearest location a call.

Standard processing is $100 up to 100lbs (based on carcass weight) and $1 per lb over 100lbs. Our fee includes the following options:

Backstraps/Tenders - Whole (cut in half) / Filets
Hams - Filets / Muscled-Out / Trim
Shoulders & Trim - Hamburger / Chili

 

Premium Products may be added in addition.  A minimum order of 25lbs per product and flavor is required.

Turn around time can run as long as 4 weeks. Please allow extra time for “dry time” on cured products, as we cold-smoke and cure the “old-fashioned” way.

Orders are individually processed. All game must be properly tagged. Prices subject to change without notice. Upon completion of your order, we ask that you pick up in a timely manner. After 10 days, storage charges will accrue at $2 per day. If product is not picked up and paid for after 20 days of completion, it may be sold for charges due.
